  1. Generate CSA / EFS reporting for sales representatives.
  2. Pull Upgrade Quotes and payoff figures through Ebuyout and the GIS Buyout Team.
  3. Monitor all new business involving MIF customer accounts and serials to ensure existing leases and contracts are properly closed out with Xerox Direct.
  4. Manage MIF Lease portfolio to post leads and provide data in advance of lease termination to facilitate upgrade and customer retention.
  5. Process retention paperwork through Valuequix for units at or near end of term for new business and for exiting customers.
  6. Generate all 3G pooled and non-pooled pricing quotes through Valuequix for school districts and state contracts.
  7. Generate all 5G pooled and non-pooled pricing quotes through Valuequix for state and national contracts.
  8. Manage the NYS POP devices to ensure proper close out and return / purchase / upgrade of all devices in compliance with OGS and contract T&Cs including removal submission and purchase option processing.
  9. Provide ongoing training to sales reps and managers on MIF processes and procedures.
  10. Monitor CarrXeroxMIFInquiry mailbox and associated MIF phone extension X6355
  11. Research and Validate customer alignment on new business to ensure compliance with ROE.
  12. Generate WCT reporting to provide overall / nationwide customer analysis including Xerox equipment fleet.
  13. Research and dispute potential ROE issues committed by other Xerox channels on Carr's Xerox MIF portfolio.
  14. Provide additional assistance to Manager of Leasing Operations as needed.
  15. Reconcile Account Reservations with Xerox monthly
  16. Cancel 3G devices when notified that they are at the end of life
  17. 3G Meter Billing
  18. Setup of 3G and 5G Contracts and lease records.
  19. Addition of all equipment to E-Automate during MIF Transfers.
  20. Sales Rep Update Spreadsheet to be sent to IT for processing
  21. Nassau Boces Reconciliation Report
  22. Managed Services Pricing through Valuequix, and spearheading the growth of a 3G-6G sales program for Managed Services and MPS sales.
  23. Coordinating with CARR warehouse, Carriers, and Xerox directly for 3G-6G orders from CARR stock, including entering and fulfilling sales orders, and creating itemized spreadsheets for Xerox use to ensure timely financial installation of Exception orders.
